TE Connectivity in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico, is seeking an MFG & PROCESS DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER I to lead the design, planning and implementation of high-speed cable manufacturing projects on site. You will work closely with design, quality, production and supply chain teams to ensure manufacturability, quality and cost targets, while enabling scalable, reliable processes for new products.

This role requires hands-on debugging, pilot builds and process validation, with English communication at

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial/mechanical/electrical/mechatronics engineering or related field.
• +1 year of experience in process engineering, preferably electronics/medical devices/automotive manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience in NPI projects and process validation.
• Knowledge of quality tools: FMEA, SPC, DOE, Lean, Six Sigma.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, planning and implementation of new high-speed cable manufacturing projects.
• Hands-on participation in production line debugging, pilot builds and process validation.
• Collaborate with design, quality, production and supply chain to transition to high-volume production.
• Define and execute the manufacturing strategy for new HSC products ensuring scalability and reliability.
