Qualifications

• BS degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related field.
• 80% English proficiency, written and spoken.
• 4+ years of machining programming and processes including turning, milling, multi-axis and grinding.
• Experience leading improvement projects in machining.
• Knowledge of project management basics.
• Effective communication and problem-solving in production improvements.
• Proficient with Geometric Tolerancing and 1E specifications.
• Machining background with offline programming proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement equipment/process enhancements.
• Monitor equipment/process reliability and address issues.
• Analyze engineering change notices and implement changes.
• Provide engineering support for planning, development, operation and maintenance of equipment.
