Baxter Healthcare in Mexico is seeking an experienced engineer to lead the integration and improvement of mechanical device manufacturing processes, with project ownership for significant initiatives. You will develop and validate processes (IQ/SV/OQ/PQ/TMV), manage cross-functional teams, and drive cost, timeline, and quality objectives in ISO/FDA-regulated GMP environments.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
Minimum of five years of experience in a related position.
Experience with Lean practices, Six Sigma (preferred), and production line transfers.
Experience in ISO/FDA-regulated environments and GMP requirements.
Experience writing and executing process validations (IQ/SV/DOE/OQ/PQ).
Advanced English proficiency, written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

Lead Margin Improvement Projects (MIP) in line with the plant plan and dept. commitments.
Ensure timely and effective implementation of projects without impacting manufacturing lines.
Identify opportunities for MIP projects through ideas on direct materials and assess feasibility and savings.
Collaborate with Procurement to manage quotations for evaluated ideas.
Lead Workshops, Kaizen, and VAVE events for MIP idea generation and follow-up.
