Baxter is seeking a Mechanical/Engineering professional to lead the integration and improvement of manufacturing processes, including ownership of significant projects within the area. You will drive comprehensive process development and optimization to meet timelines, cost, and quality goals.

The role requires driving Margin Improvement Projects, validating process changes per SOPs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. English proficiency and GMP experience are essential.

Formación

• Minimum five years of experience in a related position.
• Experience in ISO/FDA-regulated environments and GMP requirements.
• Experience writing and executing process validations (IQ/SV/DOE/OQ/PQ).
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage process integration and improvement projects.
• Ensure timely and effective implementation of projects with no impact on manufacturing lines.
• Identify opportunities for Margin Improvement Projects and validate financial savings.
• Collaborate with Procurement on quotations and feasibility assessments.
• Lead Workshops, Kaizen, and VAVE events and drive cross-functional follow-up.
