Baxter is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II in Tijuana, Mexico. You will lead transfers, drive improvements, and partner with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to ensure scalable, compliant processes that meet customer needs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5+ years in manufacturing engineering, process development or continuous improvement in regulated environments.
• Experience leading validation of end-to-end manufacturing processes.
• Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ methodologies is highly desired.
• Strong root cause analysis and corrective action implementation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, quality, and suppliers to deliver results.
• Effective project management, organization, and prioritization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead transfer and integration of manufacturing processes from other Baxter facilities with validation and readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase productivity, yield, and reduce scrap.
• Design and implement tools, fixtures, inspection equipment, and process improvements for safe production.
• Analyze data, identify trends, investigate root causes, implement corrective actions.
• Plan capacity strategies including equipment, labor, space, and maintenance considerations.
• Lead process validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with suppliers, operations, quality, and cross-functional teams to execute projects.
