MAHLE in Ramos Arizpe, Mexico is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to optimize production through tooling design, process routing updates, and feasibility studies. The role supports process teams and interfaces with Purchasing for supplier quotes, highlighting safety and cost improvements.

Ideal candidates hold an Industrial or Mechanical Engineering degree with 2–3 years in a similar role and demonstrate intermediate English proficiency to collaborate across teams and sites.

Formación

• Engineering degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Intermediate English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for the processes under your responsibility.
• Analyze options for processing the material without compromising quality.
• Identify, propose, and redesign existing plant tooling to extend service life, reduce costs, and/or improve safety.
• Submit tooling drawings to the Coordinator for Validation.
• Make design modifications as necessary.
• Send tooling drawings and specifications to the Purchasing Department to obtain supplier quotes.
