The role coordinates engineering teams, manages process improvements, and supports new product and CAPEX initiatives, ensuring operational excellence through structured project execution and process optimization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering.
• Experience leading engineering projects and coordinating technical teams.
• Experience in continuous improvement and manufacturing operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Process and Routing Engineering activities.

• Support the successful development of manufacturing projects.
