Molex in Guadalajara seeks a Manufacturing Process Engineer to support and optimize production processes across our operations. You will help ensure smooth product launches, improve manufacturing performance, and solve complex production challenges with cross-functional teams to translate design into scalable, reliable processes.

You will collaborate with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and operations to drive continuous improvement, reduce scrap, and enhance overall equipment effectiveness

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• Experience in manufacturing or process engineering environments.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement and problem-solving methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Drive development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes to meet objectives.
• Support new product introductions and ramp-ups.
• Identify and solve production issues using structured methodologies to improve yield and reliability.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap and improve efficiency.
• Maintain and enhance process documentation and training materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with product requirements.
• Manage engineering changes related to processes, BOMs, and methods.
• Promote safety, quality, and operational excellence through Lean practices.
