Hubbell Incorporated in Mexico (Chihuahua) is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design, develop, and improve production processes, systems, and methods for efficiency and quality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean improvements and reduce cost per unit.

Responsibilities include evaluating methods, planning workflow, studying blueprints, coordinating tooling, and applying statistical methods to forecast requirements and drive continuous improvement across plant

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
Experience with CAD/CAM software and manufacturing methods.
Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

Develop and improve manufacturing methods applying engineering and LEAN principles.
Analyze workflow, plan space, and design equipment layout for efficiency.
Coordinate tooling concepts and CAD drawings with shop personnel.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to meet specifications.
Estimate production times and costs to aid management decisions.
Apply MTM, time study, and statistical methods for planning.
Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
