Emerson is seeking a professional to transfer processes, define operating parameters, and design tooling and assemblies to meet Fromex needs. The role involves validating material structures and time calculations, and implementing productivity improvements across processes.

The incumbent will monitor processes, analyze failures, develop assembly and testing procedures, and create manuals and training materials.

Formación

Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience.
Bilingual 80% or higher.
5 years of related manufacturing experience with a degree; or 3 years with a Master; or PhD without experience.
Experience in assembly line design, lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

Transfer processes, products, lines and equipment.
Define operating parameters from an engineering and operational standpoint.
Design tooling, manufacturing drawings and assemblies for Fromex needs.
Validate product material structures and time calculations and routines.
Implement productivity and efficiency measurement techniques and improve process layouts.
Monitor processes and analyze failures to implement preventive actions.
Develop and update product assembly and testing procedures.
Prepare manuals and training materials and deliver courses.
