Job summary

Calorex, part of Ariston Group, seeks an experienced Operations Manager in Mexico to lead manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You will manage people, materials, equipment and facilities, drive daily production targets, and develop a high-performing team while promoting a strong safety culture and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics engineering.
• 5+ years in production/manufacturing leadership in metalworking.
• Strong knowledge of WO and AM pillars in WCM.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily production targets are achieved in terms of volume, product mix, quality, and schedule.
• Effectively manage resources including people, materials, equipment, machinery, and facilities.
• Monitor and maintain critical process parameters to ensure products meet quality and customer expectations.
• Lead, coach, and develop the production team, promoting engagement and accountability.
• Drive safety initiatives and ensure compliance with Safety Operating System and safety standards.
• Identify and proactively address operational and workplace risks to maintain a safe working environment.
• Promote teamwork and collaboration across departments to support plant performance.
