Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an experienced manufacturing leader to oversee multiple production cells, drive safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure targets and financial objectives are met. You will lead a team of Cell Leaders and production personnel while promoting accountability and operational excellence.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
3–5 years of leadership experience in production/manufacturing.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement core tools.

Responsabilidades

Develop and execute strategies to achieve production goals.
Promote safety, quality, continuous improvement, waste reduction, and 5S.
Manage workforce planning and labor resources within the budget.
Analyze production downtime and resolve operational issues.
Lead RRCA reviews to address performance gaps.
Drive continuous improvement using Lean methods and Carrier Excellence OS.
Ensure compliance with safety requirements on the production floor.
Direct production scheduling and work sequencing to meet delivery commitments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to address operational needs and customer satisfaction.
