Job summary

Dimsa Bpo S De D.L. De C.V is seeking a Manufacturing Integration Engineer in Tijuana to optimize TV assembly processes, improve yield, and reduce defects in a high-volume environment. You will work with Production, Quality and Engineering teams to stabilize processes and drive improvements.

The role requires hands-on experience in TV manufacturing, strong data analysis skills, and the ability to develop SOPs and provide on-site technical support across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electronics or related engineering field.
• 1–3 years in Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, or Manufacturing Integration.
• Mandatory experience in TV manufacturing and television assembly processes.
• Strong understanding of LCD/LCM display technologies and TV production processes.
• Experience monitoring Yield, FPY, Scrap, and Rework metrics.
• Hands-on Failure Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, and Troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of QC Tools and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze manufacturing KPIs including Yield, FPY, Scrap, and Rework.
• Investigate production defects and manufacturing failures using Root Cause Analysis methodologies.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to improve process performance and product quality.
• Support daily manufacturing operations and troubleshoot production issues.
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and related departments to resolve manufacturing challenges.
• Develop, revise, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Support yield enhancement and defect reduction projects.
• Provide on-site technical support for manufacturing operations.

Manufacturing Integration Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a Manufacturing Integration Engineer with hands-on experience in TV manufacturing and assembly processes to support production performance, yield improvement, failure analysis, and process optimization initiatives within a high-volume manufacturing environment. This position will work closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure process stability, reduce defects, improve manufacturing efficiency, and support continuous improvement activities across TV assembly operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze manufacturing KPIs including Yield, First Pass Yield (FPY), Scrap, and Rework.
• Investigate production defects and manufacturing failures using Root Cause Analysis methodologies.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to improve process performance and product quality.
• Support daily manufacturing operations and troubleshoot production issues.
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and related departments to resolve manufacturing challenges.

Required Qualifications
