Benchmark Electronics Inc. in Tijuana, MX is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to provide technical manufacturing support across the product lifecycle. You will liaise with Design Engineering, Procurement, Assembly, and Quality to drive manufacturability, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement.

You will participate in design reviews, review drawings for production readiness, and lead tooling and process improvements to optimize product flow.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in design reviews to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
• Review drawings before Production Release for manufacturing compatibility.
• Lead make/buy evaluations and supplier capability reviews.
• Support MRB and CCB processes for producible changes.
• Develop assembly flow charts, process instructions and layouts.
