Optima Organizational Solutions seeks an experienced Payroll & HR Administrator to ensure accurate payroll processing and robust personnel administration for a manufacturing facility in Mexico. The role emphasizes compliance with labor, payroll, tax, and social security requirements, handling benefits, HRIS, and data integrity.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Payroll and HR Administration within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing payroll for large employee populations (500+).
• Knowledge of Mexican Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, INFONAVIT and payroll requirements.
• Experience with payroll systems, HRIS, and Microsoft Excel.
• Automotive industry experience preferred.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and validate payroll processing for hourly and salaried employees.
• Manage payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, vacations, leaves of absence, and other transactions.
• Coordinate hires, terminations, and changes within HR systems and government institutions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
• Manage time & attendance systems, HRIS, and HR databases.
• Support administration of employee benefits and HR operations.
• Prepare and monitor headcount, absenteeism, turnover, overtime, and HR metrics.
• Support audits related to payroll and personnel administration.
• Ensure compliance with labor, payroll, tax, and social security requirements.
