Job summary

Aptiv India in Reynosa, Mexico, is seeking a Financial Analyst to support plant financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and operational finance activities. You will provide analysis and insights to drive performance and ensure accurate financial reporting.

You will partner with Operations, PC&L, Accounting, Purchasing, Logistics, and Commercial teams on FP&A, cost control, and cross-functional initiatives; SAP and Power BI are used to maintain forecasts and dashboards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or Cost Analysis.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, with SAP preferred.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports covering revenue, profitability, and inventory metrics.
Support revenue forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on SIOP, inventory management, and cost control.
Maintain SAP-based reporting tools and forecasting models for management reviews.
Participate in audits, controls, and continuous improvement initiatives.
