Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance.
• Basic knowledge of US GAAP and financial controls.
• Experience with SAP, plus strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with plant leadership
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in manufacturing and/or cost accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly and periodic closing activities with journal entries and variance analysis.
• Prepare account reconciliations, financial reports, and quarterly packages.
• Maintain internal controls, SOX compliance, GAAP principles, and company policies.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and Engineering for cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and continuous improvement.
