Job summary

Mondelēz México Puebla plant seeks an experienced Manager of Manufacturing Excellence to lead end-to-end operational improvement. You will drive TPM, Lean 6 Sigma, and Integrated Work Systems, partnering with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality and Supply Chain to deliver safe, reliable, and cost-efficient production.

You will coach and develop cross-functional teams, establish governance, set KPIs and sustain a zero-loss culture while advancing a synchronized, agile supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience leading TPM/Operational Excellence programs.
• Cross-functional leadership across manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and change management skills.
• Experience in FMCG industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the plant's end-to-end Operational Excellence strategy.
• Drive TPM across all pillars and ensure sustainable practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations, reduce losses and costs.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality and Supply Chain teams.
• Build capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Establish KPIs and monitor progress toward productivity goals.
• Lead and develop a team of direct reports with clear priorities.
