Job summary

Jabil seeks a Process Engineering leader to drive efficiency and continuous improvement across manufacturing lines. You will direct technicians, implement optimization steps, and coordinate with engineers to enhance machine and process performance.

Training on maintenance, programming, and PD data will be provided, with a focus on data integrity and collaborative problem-solving. You will also assist with tooling design, DFMs, and ensure smooth operations across plant lines, stepping in for METs

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience leading manufacturing/engineering teams preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the Process Engineering department to maintain high efficiency and integrity.
Direct Manufacturing Engineering Technicians on assigned lines; guide optimization steps.
Provide training on equipment maintenance, programming, and PD data file creation.
Collaborate with supervisors and engineers to implement actions for improved yields.
Ensure data integrity and perform back-ups for programs and PD across lines.
Assist with process performance improvements (IR reflow, wave solder, screen printing).
Cover MET duties when needed and support other plant lines.
