Cummins Inc. in Ciudad Juárez is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive design, equipment implementation and process improvements.

You will support planning, execution of changes to manufacturing systems, and collaboration with cross functional teams to meet safety, quality and cost goals. Requirements include 2+ years in manufacturing engineering, experience with machinery implementation, and knowledge of FMEA and Control Plans.

Formación

• University degree in Engineering.
• 2+ years experience as Manufacturing Engineer.
• Experience in machinery implementation and new process development.
• Experience in manufacturing documentation processes, including FMEA and Control Plans.
• Strong English communication skills for global collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Contributes to planning, designing, purchasing, and implementing changes to manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Apply manufacturing and continuous improvement principles to optimize equipment, processes, and standard work.
• Support project execution with planning, timelines, and cross-functional coordination.
• Monitor progress, communicate updates, and help resolve issues with different teams.
• Assist in budget tracking, risk identification, and project analysis using quality tools.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and share learnings for continuous improvement.
