Qualifications

• Requires Industrial, Mechatronic, or Mechanical Engineering degree.
• 3+ years of experience in assembly and paint processes.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong knowledge of continuous improvement, line balancing, capacity calculations, planning and layout.
• Project management experience; track record of change management and cost reduction.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize manufacturing cells and layouts.
• Calculate and control line capacities and production times.
• Verify time standards and earn hours per family products.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing and A3 problem solving.
• Create technical documentation (standard work sheets, FMEA, DFAM).
• Support New Product Introductions through early planning to full production.
• Coach and mentor Manufacturing Technicians.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement improvements.
