Rafhanmaize seeks an IPS Lead to champion continuous improvement across manufacturing. You will drive process and energy optimization, collect data, analyze KPIs, and lead cross-functional teams to implement sustainable improvements.

The role requires a degree in Chemical Engineering and 5-7 years in CI or process engineering within a multinational chemical or related industry. Strong problem-solving skills and Lean/Six Sigma knowledge are expected.

Formación

• Degree B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemical Engineering or relevant.
• Experience of at least 5-7 years in continuous improvement / process engineering in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with problem-solving tools (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Process / Energy Optimization – identify areas to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Data Collection and Analysis – gather data to assess performance and identify improvements.
• Problem Solving – apply Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen methodologies to address challenges.
• Project Management – monitor impact of improvement initiatives and adjust as needed.
• Performance Monitoring – track results and drive corrective actions.
• Training and Coaching – educate employees on CI methodologies and foster improvement culture.
• Cross Functional Collaboration – work with multiple departments to implement changes.
• Innovation and Research – stay updated with industry best practices to identify opportunities.
• Documentation and Reporting – maintain records and present progress to management.
