Eaton is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer for its Aguascalientes site to lead ECIS deployment and cost-out initiatives. You will champion Lean and CI improvements across production lines, supporting Kaizen events, standard work, and TPM. Strong bilingual communication and financial acumen are essential.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to sustain safety, quality, and productivity gains while guiding teams through RIEs, BPI, and CIF projects.

Formación

• 4+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Bi-lingual Spanish and English.
• Drive for results and willingness to learn continuously.
• Excellent communication skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, SolidWorks (3D), AutoCAD (2D).
• Experience with ECIS tools (VSM, 5S+, Standard Work, Setup Reduction, Kanban, TPM).
• Financial knowledge to analyze baselines and improvements in P&L and cost-out.

Responsabilidades

• Lead deployment of ECIS and CIF for the Aguascalientes site, champion Cost Out management.
• Support creation and implementation of standards and CI strategy, coordinate Kaizen Level 3 events (RIEs/BPI).
• Lead Kaizen Blitz initiatives to improve margins, delivery, safety and defect reductions.
• Develop and maintain ECIS tools (VSM, 5S+, Standard Work, TPM) and CI trackers.
• Mentor teams and facilitate Kaizen events and Six Sigma projects.
• Ensure environmental, health and safety requirements are met during implementations.
• Promote safety culture and cross-functional collaboration to optimize line balancing.
