Job summary

DHL is hiring a Manhattan WMS Implementation Supervisor to lead deployment, configuration, testing, and stabilization across warehouse operations. The role acts as a liaison between Operations, IT, Engineering, and customers to enable operational excellence and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities include managing end-to-end implementations, data migration, go-live planning, and post-go-live support, while aligning with DHL standards and global best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems in logistics.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects involving Operations and IT teams.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Visio and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Manhattan WMS implementation projects for new customer startups and warehouse transformations.
• Coordinate with Operations, IT, Engineering and customer stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Manage validation, deployment, data migration and cutover activities for go-live success.
• Facilitate UAT, testing, and post-go-live support to ensure stable operations.
