Kings League Mexico is seeking a strategic executive to drive growth and profitability across the Mexican market. You will own the national P&L, craft and execute the business strategy, oversee operations for events and content, and lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver sustainable revenue growth.

Reporting to the CEO, you will collaborate with Kings League Global and key stakeholders to expand sponsorships, media rights, and partnerships while ensuring cultural relevance and local market

Formación

• 12–15 years of leadership experience in sports, entertainment, media, digital, gaming, esports, or related industries.
• Proven experience owning a full P&L and delivering sustainable business growth.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience scaling high-growth or fast-paced businesses.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of securing strategic partnerships and revenue opportunities.
• Proven experience building, leading, and developing high-performing, cross-functional, multicult ural teams.
• Deep knowledge of the Mexican market and its cultural nuances.
• Native Spanish speaker with excellent English communication skills.
• Strategic yet hands-on leader with execution capabilities and influence across stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the overall business performance and sustainable growth of Kings League Mexico, identifying new opportunities to scale the ecosystem while ensuring long-term profitability.
• Own the national P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance management to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and execute the national business strategy in line with Kings League Global's vision, leveraging local market insights and trends.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team with a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic commercial opportunities, including sponsorships, media rights, licensing, and partnerships to maximize revenue.
• Lead initiatives to accelerate audience growth, fan engagement, attendance, and community development in Mexico.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across competitions, events, content production, and business activities with operational excellence.
• Build and maintain relationships with club presidents, creators, broadcasters, sponsors, federations, and partners.
