As Marketing & Communications Director, you will lead brand growth across LATAM, with Mexico as a strategic growth market, defining integrated marketing, content and communications strategies to drive fan engagement and commercial results.

Formación

• 8+ years of leadership in marketing, communications, brand, or audience growth.
• Proven track record driving brand growth, audience engagement, and community building at scale.
• Experience in sports, media, entertainment, or consumer-facing industries.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, content ecosystems, and creator/influencer strategies.
• Experience leading integrated marketing, communications, and PR initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute LATAM marketing strategy with a digital-first approach.
• Translate global brand positioning into culturally relevant Mexico and LATAM initiatives.
• Identify opportunities in sports, entertainment, and culture to maximize impact.
• Lead regional communications and PR aligned with global objectives.
• Manage media relations, corporate messaging, and reputation management.
• Oversee crisis communications and high-visibility issues.
• Define content and community strategies to drive fan engagement and growth.
• Build relationships with creators, influencers, and digital partners.
• Use data and insights to optimize audience acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Drive ticketing demand, merchandising and e-commerce initiatives.
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns to support partnerships.
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing and communications team.
• Manage budgets and optimize resource allocation.
• Measure performance and continuously optimize marketing effectiveness.
