Kings League Mexico seeks an experienced executive to lead the business growth and performance for the Mexican market. You will own the national P&L, shape the local strategy, and build a high-performing team aligned with the Kings League Global vision.

You will secure sponsorships, media rights, and partnerships while driving audience growth and fan engagement across Mexico, reporting directly to the CEO and representing the brand at key events.

Formación

• 12–15 years of leadership experience in sports, entertainment, media, digital, gaming or related industries.
• Proven experience owning a full P&L and delivering sustainable growth.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience scaling fast-paced businesses.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of securing partnerships and revenue opportunities.
• Experience building and leading cross-functional, multicultural teams.
• Deep knowledge of the Mexican market and its cultural nuances.
• Native Spanish speaker with excellent English communication.
• Strategic yet hands-on leadership with execution and stakeholder influence.

• Oversee day-to-day operations across competitions, events, and content production.
• Maintain strong relationships with clubs, creators, broadcasters, sponsors, federations, and partners.
• Report to the CEO with strategic recommendations and operational insights.

About the Kings League

A new 7-a-side football league with teams chaired by the world's best streamers and content creators, with revolutionary rules aimed at uniting the best of football with the latest trends in e-sports and new ways of communicating and understanding the world. Main Responsibilities

• Lead the overall business performance and sustainable growth of Kings League Mexico, identifying new opportunities to scale the ecosystem while ensuring long-term profitability.
• Own the national P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance management to achieve business and financial objectives.
• Develop and execute the national business strategy in line with Kings League Global's vision, leveraging local market insights, audience preferences, and cultural trends.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and high performance while ensuring strong alignment with Kings League Global.
• Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic commercial opportunities, including sponsorships, media rights, licensing opportunities, and partnerships with leagues, clubs, creators, and other key stakeholders to maximize revenue generation.
• Lead initiatives that accelerate audience growth, fan engagement, attendance, and community development, ensuring Kings League remains culturally relevant and continues expanding its fan base in Mexico.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across competitions, events, content production, and business activities, ensuring operational excellence and consistent execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with club presidents, creators, broadcasters, sponsors, federations, strategic partners, and internal stakeholders to strengthen the Kings League ecosystem.
• Report directly to the CEO, providing strategic recommendations, business performance updates, and operational insights while ensuring alignment with Kings League Global priorities.
• Act as the public face of Kings League in Mexico, representing the brand at conferences, industry events, media engagements, and key stakeholder meetings.
• Monitor emerging trends across sports, entertainment, esports, gaming, and digital culture, translating market insights into innovative initiatives that drive audience engagement and business growth.

Requirements

• 12–15 years of leadership experience driving business growth in sports, entertainment, media, digital, gaming, esports, or related industries.
• Proven experience owning a full P&L and delivering sustainable business growth.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with experience scaling high-growth or fast-paced businesses.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of securing strategic partnerships and revenue-generating opportunities.
• Proven experience building, leading, and developing high-performing, cross-functional, and multicultural teams.
• Deep knowledge of the Mexican market and its cultural nuances.
• Native Spanish speaker with excellent English communication skills.
• Strategic yet hands-on leader with strong execution capabilities, sound judgment, and the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse stakeholders.
