Job summary

DXC Technology Company is seeking a Consulting Engineering Sales professional to lead the sales process for the Mexico region, focusing on Guadalajara. You will build, grow, and close a profitable CES pipeline, functioning as a trusted advisor and aligning technical solutions with business objectives.

The role requires deep technical consulting and solution selling across cloud, data, automation, AI, and modernization, with bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Consulting engineering sales (Cloud, Data, Automation, Transformation, AI, modernization, software development)
• Must have 3+ years of experience as Consulting engineering sales within Mexico
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, cultivate, and close new business in Consulting Engineering Service (CES) in Guadalajara.
• Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline and forecast data working with Sales Operations.
• Create and help frame DXC’s differentiated value story and win themes for proposals.
• Drive joint opportunities and source partner pipeline.
• Interact with senior management levels at clients and within DXC to communicate value propositions effectively.

This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic sales to position the company’s solutions effectively across diverse industries in the region.
