Job summary

BizLink Technology, Inc in Querétaro, Mexico, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects in a fast-growing manufacturing environment. You will define scope, drive timelines, and coordinate resources across engineering, procurement, and production teams to ensure on-time delivery of complex interconnect devices.

The role requires 5–10 years of PM or operations experience, a B.S. in engineering, and strong collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or industrial engineering (preferred).
• 5–10 years of project management or operations experience (intermediate level). 3–5 years as head of PMO or managing other Program Managers.
• Experience in an OEM environment is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• PMI’s PMP certification recommended.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

We are the leading manufacturer of cables, wiring harnesses, dongles, docking stations, connectors and related interconnect devices. BizLink owns and operates factories in China, Malaysia, the U.S. and Mexico. We serve a diverse customer base in the motor vehicle, industrial equipment, medical equipment, solar power, IT/Computer and Consumer Electronics industries.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and drive timelines for projects, organize activities, establish the sequence of executives for these activities, identify the needs and resources required.
• Define, review contracts, negotiate, communicate and manage the scope of a project.
• Look for process improvements to help the teamwork as efficiently as possible.
• Use MS Project or other similar project management tools as needed.
• Motivate team members as well as enforce expectations when and as required.
• Surface project issues and proactively make recommendations for solutions.
• Participate in the development of project and task estimates by working with team members to produce initial estimates and calculate the resources required to deliver the project tasks.
• Manage day to day operation aspects of a project (including meeting scheduling and documentation through minutes/notes/actions).
• Monitor progress, communicate with the team and stakeholders and prepare and present project status reports.
• Conduct post-project/milestone reviews to provide feedback and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Be able to establish and maintain good relations with superiors; have the necessary aptitude to resolve problems and manage.
• Complete and maintain accurate sales forecasts, data gathering and reports.
• Use SAP to retrieve customer information, stock status information, the status of customer’s purchase orders, and to make changes on customer purchase orders.
• Use SAP / MES to review the material status with the action to help purchasing and production control departments.
• Ensure that correct codes are used for retrieving and inputting information.
• Follow up on inquiries for delivery information. Work closely with manufacturing in production control regarding deliveries of scheduled shipments.
• Manage other Program Managers as needed.
• Additional projects/ roles/ responsibilities assigned by management
