• Oversee all financial operations including cash flow management, governance, compliance, reporting, planning, and business partnering.
• Ensure integrity of financial reporting under U.S. GAAP and Mexican GAAP and tax regulations.
• Partner with the Mexico General Manager and regional teams to drive financial performance via budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, risk management and business analysis.
• Lead the local finance organization, promote operational excellence and strong internal controls.

Job description

The Finance Controller is the senior finance leader for Mexico and a key member of the Mexico Leadership Team, responsible for overseeing all financial operations including cash flow management, governance, compliance, reporting, planning, and business partnering activities. This role ensures the integrity of financial reporting, compliance with U.S. GAAP, Mexican GAAP, tax regulations, and corporate policies while supporting the achievement of business objectives and sustainable growth.

The position partners closely with the Mexico General Manager, regional leadership, regional and cross-functional teams to drive financial performance through strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, risk management, and business analysis. The Finance Controller also leads the local finance organization, promotes operational excellence, leadership development and continuous improvement, and maintains a strong internal control environment to support long-term profitability and organizational success.
