Lennox in Saltillo, Mexico, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join its manufacturing operations. The role focuses on performing routine maintenance, diagnosing issues, and ensuring equipment reliability on the shop floor.

You will read electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical diagrams, follow safety procedures, and collaborate with teams to minimize downtime while upholding Lennox quality standards and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Technical degree in electromechanical, mechatronics, electrical, industrial mechanical or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Interpret electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical diagrams.
• Diagnosis and troubleshooting of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Operation of electrical and mechanical measuring instruments.
• Preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
• Identification and analysis of failures using root cause methodologies.
• Knowledge of industrial safety standards and LOTO procedures.
• Preferably knowledge of HVAC systems and automatic industrial presses.
• Teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Performs maintenance service and repairs.
• Repairs or replaces defective equipment parts, using hand tools and power tools, and reassemble equipment.
• Diagnoses mechanical problems and determines how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary.
• Inspects drives, motors, and belts, checks fluid levels, replaces filters, or performs other maintenance actions, following checklists.
• Inspects, operates, and tests machinery and equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions.
