Lennox is seeking a maintenance technician in our team to perform service and repairs on industrial equipment. You will diagnose issues by inspecting drives, motors, belts, and related components, using manuals and diagrams as references.

Role requires a technical degree and 3–5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, with a strong emphasis on safety and proactive problem solving. Rotation shifts apply.

Formación

• Technical degree in electromechanical, mechatronics, electrical or related field.
• 3–5 years maintenance experience in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical diagrams.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic/mechanical systems.
• Operate measuring instruments and perform preventive, corrective, predictive maintenance.
• Apply root cause analysis and safety standards (LOTO).
• HVAC knowledge and automatic industrial presses preferred.
• Teamwork, assertive communication, safety focus, urgency, proactivity.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Performs maintenance service and repairs on equipment.
• Replaces defective parts using hand and power tools; reassembles equipment.
• Inspects drives, motors, belts and filters; tests machinery for malfunctions.
• Interprets manuals and diagrams to diagnose issues.
• Adheres to safety standards and LOTO procedures.
