Incora is seeking an experienced maintenance technician in Hermosillo, Mexico to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment. You will execute maintenance schedules, troubleshoot failures, perform repairs and component replacements, and maintain documentation to support reliable production uptime.

Responsibilities include executing daily maintenance plans, lubricating according to schedules, inspecting equipment, and supporting TPM and safety initiatives.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification in industrial maintenance preferred.
• 3–5 years of industrial equipment maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to read equipment manuals and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Familiarity with CMMS maintenance software.
• Valid driver’s license (may be required).

Responsabilidades

• Execute daily and weekly preventive maintenance schedules.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement temporary repairs.
• Perform repairs, component replacements, and equipment modifications.
• Maintain maintenance work orders and documentation.
• Support TPM and reliability programs.
• Maintain tools and cleanliness of the maintenance shop.
• Support production during maintenance windows.
