Bosch-HomeComfort in Nuevo León, Mexico, seeks a maintenance specialist to keep the plant's mechanical equipment in excellent condition and drive predictive and corrective maintenance efforts.

The role includes training operators, auditing autonomous maintenance, applying LOTO procedures, and coordinating with external contractors to meet GMOC principles. It emphasizes risk assessments, EHS programs, and environmental responsibility.

Maintain in excellent shape the mechanical equipment of the plant. Provide maintenance predictive and corrective. Maintain of all plant equipment.

Improve Security through the application of LOTO procedures.

Performs improvements on the preventive maintenance

Develop and/or modify descriptive letters of courses teaching

Use standard formats to audit the autonomous maintenance done by operators.

Give training to operators to improve the effectiveness of autonomous maintenance.

Directs and monitors the activities of the external contractor that performs the report for predictive maintenance.

Attaint all the GMOC principles with direct and indirect actions.

Participate in Risk Assessments

Participate in EHS suggestions program

Participate in EHS obsevations program

Implement and maintain security policy, health and environment at work.

To support the committees in identifying risks and environmental aspects.

Participate in Training program.

Identify training needs in safety, health and environment.

Train your staff in procedures and instructions.

Define corrective and preventive actions.
