Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years supervising maintenance of industrial equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams and blueprints to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Knowledge of electrical power and control systems; knowledge of Siemens PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety standards, LOTO procedures, and internal policies.
• Plan and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Train and supervise technicians; assign daily tasks and supervise performance.
• Coordinate external suppliers and contractors.
• Monitor maintenance metrics (MTTR, MTBF, OEE, and PM compliance).
• Lead TPM, 5S, and downtime reduction initiatives.
