Job summary

H.B. Fuller is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Monterrey to lead frontline mechanical maintenance, ensuring maximum equipment availability through preventive, corrective, and improvement actions.

You will supervise technicians and uphold safety and 5S standards across the workshop and site infrastructure. You will coordinate troubleshooting, oversee PM work orders, and drive continuous improvement while providing hands-on guidance to a dynamic maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics or related field.
• 3+ years in supervisory industrial maintenance.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission (gearboxes, pumps, motors).
• Experience with LOTO and high‑risk permits.
• Strong leadership and communication; intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and coordinate Maintenance Technicians.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
• Oversee Preventive Maintenance work orders to meet standards.
• Identify and implement small-scale improvements to reliability and safety.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance to the team.
