• 2. Schedule and Prioritize Daily Tasks: They build daily work schedules based on operational needs and staffing, adjusting for production changes.
• 3. Coach and Guide Team Members: The Supervisor provides direction on task execution and reinforces procedures to build technical and safety habits.
• 4. Oversee Routine Maintenance and Equipment Support: They ensure basic checks and minor repairs are performed safely, escalating complex issues.
• 5. Enforce Safety and Procedure Compliance: They verify PPE use and adherence to safety policies, supporting safe work practices.
