The Hershey Company is seeking a Sr Supervisor Production to lead manufacturing operations for an assigned business unit, delivering the production plan safely, on time, and with strong quality and cost performance.

You will direct production leaders and operators, coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, EHS, and Services, and foster a healthy, collaborative workplace while applying Hershey Lean practices to drive continuous improvement and meet performance targets.

Formación

• 1+ years of manufacturing or production leadership experience.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing, production planning, problem solving, statistics, Excel, and SAP is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Chemical, or Food Engineering, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead shift priorities and daily production execution.
• Promote safety, health and environmental culture and report unsafe conditions.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, SQF and company standards.
• Apply Hershey Lean practices and daily management to improve productivity.
