The Hershey Company in Mexico is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead lines, ensure safety, and drive Lean improvements. You will work with cross-functional teams to meet production plans while maintaining quality and cost targets.

The role requires a engineering degree or equivalent and at least 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting, with preference for candidates familiar with unionized workforces and continuous improvement methods. Intermediate English is expected.

Formación

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical preparation.
• 3+ years of experience supervising production teams, preferably with unionized workforces.
• Experience with TPM, Lean, Six Sigma or comparable manufacturing systems preferred.
• Intermediate English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead safe, compliant operations by reinforcing EH&S programs, GMPs, HACCP, operating standards, housekeeping, and timely correction of deviations.
• Deliver the production plan by managing volume, mix conformance, efficiency, OEE, waste, rework, and overweight through Hershey Lean methods.
• Ensure end-of-shift production information is complete and accurate, including finished-product LPNs, rework, waste, returns, material requirements, overweight reporting, and downtime data.
• Lead workforce administration and readiness by reviewing attendance and time-related incidents, maintaining standard crewing, supporting annual training plans, and reinforcing operating discipline.
• Partner with Warehouse, Maintenance, Sanitation, Quality, Planning, Finance, EHS, Engineering, Operational Excellence, Human Resources, corporate teams, and suppliers as applicable.
• Participate in improvement projects across safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity, and support execution of the Autonomous Maintenance pillar.
• Experience supervising production teams in a unionized environment; TPM/Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred.
• Engineering degree or equivalent with intermediate English.
