Clarios, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a strategic program ensuring the reliability, availability, and long-term performance of plant assets. This leadership role partners with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to implement sustainable maintenance strategies.

You will drive TPM initiatives, manage OPEX and CAPEX, and develop a high-performing team of supervisors, planners, engineers, and technicians while promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing maintenance teams.
• Proven experience leading supervisors, engineers, planners and technical personnel.
• Strong experience managing OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
• Experience with CMMS platforms such as SAP PM, Maximo, Infor, or similar.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with operations and executive leadership.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the site's maintenance strategy aligned with operational, financial, and business objectives.
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team of supervisors, engineers, and technicians.
• Manage and optimize maintenance operating budgets (OPEX) and capital expenditures (CAPEX).
• Drive TPM initiatives to improve equipment performance, reduce downtime, and increase asset utilization.
• Lead shutdowns, major maintenance events, and critical equipment recovery efforts in collaboration with plant leadership.
• Ensure execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs with standardized CMMS processes.
• Promote safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across maintenance activities.
