• Plan, control, and monitor all maintenance-related activities.
• Support technical availability and cost improvement.

Location: Irapuato, Mexico

Responsibilities

• Support equipment overall management after SOP.
• Plan, control, and monitor all maintenance‑related activities regarding production equipment at the location to achieve relevant KPIs such as technical availability and preventive maintenance according to HELLA regulations.
• Support technical availability improvement, first‑pass‑yield improvement, and cost improvement.

Qualifications

• Timely technical support on troubleshooting with malfunctions.
• Prepare maintenance schedules and coordinate measures to optimize maintenance, servicing, and repair work (cycles, materials, expenditure).
• Prepare equipment preventative maintenance instructions.
• Ensure that maintenance is performed according to the needs of the location regarding know‑how, availability, shifts, and spare parts.
• University degree with 2 to 3 years of experience.
