Pangea Made is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to support Leon, Saltillo and NVL equipment and building operations with urgency according to plant needs.

You will lead preventive and corrective maintenance, implement TPM and Svision-driven asset control, while ensuring safety standards across multiple sites in Mexico.

Formación

• Engineering degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance or related field.
• Advanced business English.
• Experience in Personnel Coordination.
• Extensive knowledge in preventive and corrective maintenance in Leather business.
• Quality management systems implementation.
• Analytical skills.
• Ability to manage work teams.
• Problem solving.
• Dealing with customers and/or suppliers.
• 3 years as maintenance engineer in leather business.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and implement methods and procedures to ensure equipment reliability for Mexico plants.
• Ensure maintenance team works under necessary safety conditions and report unsafe conditions to prevent accidents.
• Manage Svision system to ensure standard PM, predictive plans, tool crib codes parts and Asset control for Leon, Saltillo and NVL.
• Implement standard work operation for all equipment.
• Implement TPM system.
• Monitor KPI performance and create actions based on results.
• Promote and communicate maintenance best practices identified in Leon, Saltillo and NVL plants.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards and laws in the process.
• Conduct maturity maintenance assessment audits every 6 months per plant.

Job objective:

Support Leon, Saltillo and NVL equipment and building operations of the Maintenance process, with a sense of urgency according to the necessity of plants.
