Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in automotive maintenance, PLC/CNC experience, and strong TPM/Lean/Six Sigma background. This hands-on leadership role emphasizes safety and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Lean Manufacturing, TPM, or Six Sigma certifications valued.
• 5–7 years of maintenance experience in automotive manufacturing.
• Experience leading maintenance teams in a high-volume environment.
• Hands-on with PLC-based controls, CNC machines, hydraulic/mechanical systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead maintenance strategy and daily execution for the 6.7L head machining program.
• Direct 6 maintenance technicians and coordinate with 50+ indirect production staff.
• Drive TPM/Lean initiatives, RCAs, and PM programs to maximize uptime.
• Oversee Run-at-Rate, validation, and new equipment installation.
• Manage safety, quality, delivery, cost, people, and maintenance metrics (SQDCPM).
