Ford Motor Company is seeking a Process Coach - Maintenance in Chihuahua to lead maintenance strategy and daily execution for the 6.7L Diesel Head Machining program. You will own equipment reliability for Schneider PLC controlled systems, MAG 4-axis CNCs, Eco Clean washers, and final assembly gauging equipment, directing a team of 6 technicians and collaborating with 50+ indirect colleagues.

Formación

Minimum 5-7 years of maintenance experience in automotive manufacturing.
Proven leadership of maintenance teams in a high-volume setting.
Hands-on with PLC-based controls (Schneider preferred) and CNC centers.
Experience with new equipment installation and Run-at-Rate processes.

Responsabilidades

Lead a team of maintenance technicians across shifts.
Develop and execute reliability strategies for assembly machines.
Drive TPM, Lean, and Six Sigma initiatives to improve uptime and reduce waste.
Manage installation and validation of new equipment with cross-functional partners.
Monitor SQDCPM metrics and drive corrective actions.
