Ford México is seeking a Manufacturing Continuity Leader to own depth and breadth on all shifts within a department, deliver scorecard objectives, standardize processes, plan changes, and drive the Ford Production System across the plant. You will coach teams, resolve abnormalities, ensure production flow, and foster a proactive, performance‑driven culture with effective communication and leadership.
