Qualifications

• Experience with maintenance planning in manufacturing environments.
• Strong coordination with Procurement, Finance, and Production teams.
• Knowledge of SAP master data management.
• Familiar with P2P processes and BOM handling.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual, quarterly, and monthly maintenance plans, ensuring preventive maintenance activities and planned shutdowns are properly scheduled and supported with required contracts, quotes, work orders, purchase orders, and spare parts.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Warehouse, and Production Planning teams to organize maintenance schedules that reduce interruptions and maximize equipment availability.
• Manage the planning, execution, and administrative closeout of external maintenance services in alignment with SAP processes and company requirements.
• Act as the liaison between Maintenance, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Production, and suppliers to align technical requirements, purchasing activities, and service timelines.
• Translate technical maintenance requirements into clear commercial specifications to support Procurement with sourcing decisions.
• Monitor the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process by following up on open purchase orders, tracking approvals, and resolving bottlenecks.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials, services, and spare parts through proactive communication with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Create, update, and maintain equipment BOMs, maintenance task lists, material master data, and spare part records in SAP.
• Support the configuration and performance of MRP processes for maintenance materials and spare parts.
• Supervise contractor performance through KPI monitoring, contractor evaluations, and safety compliance verifications.
• Verify contractor adherence to Lockout/Tagout, confined space, hot work, and work-at-height requirements before maintenance activities.
• Manage maintenance service contracts, ensuring renewals and SLA compliance, coordinating with Procurement and Legal on updates.
• Monitor maintenance expenses against budget, analyze variances, and support annual budgeting.
• Participate in reliability and continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing equipment failures and maintenance history.
• Collaborate on predictive maintenance strategies using monitoring systems and data analysis to reduce downtime.
• Propose process improvements and cost-saving opportunities based on KPI analysis.
