Job summary

Amazon Operations in Mexico invites applications for a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Planner responsible for asset and spares management, preventative maintenance planning, and maintaining machine histories. This role leads the CMMS at site level and extracts data to support the site engineering manager.

You will be the SME for CMMS, train the local team, ensure standards, forecast maintenance, manage spare parts, and collaborate with procurement to optimize costs.

Qualifications

• Experience with CMMS software in an industrial or distribution setting.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Bachelor's degree and ability to train others.
• Experience in maintenance planning or scheduling and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Be the site SME on the CMMS and train the local engineering team in its use.
• Ensure CMMS aligns with IntlRME standards and supports improvement programs.
• Record equipment, spare parts and minimum holdings to avoid stockouts.
• Forecast and assign preventive maintenance to technicians to maximize availability.
• Compile equipment data, performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Manage spare parts stock levels and coordinate with procurement for savings.
