Dana Incorporated in Mexico seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance strategy and operations at our automotive manufacturing facility, ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and minimal downtime. You will oversee preventive and predictive programs, manage maintenance staff, coordinate with production and engineering teams, and drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10+ years in maintenance

Responsabilidades

• Create and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and support production efficiency.
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance management of maintenance staff.

• Maintain adherence to OSHA, environmental regulations, and internal safety policies.
• Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to support equipment upgrades, process improvements, and root cause analysis of recurring issues.
• Track maintenance metrics such as downtime, response time, and cost efficiency.
• Use data to identify trends and implement initiatives that improve asset performance and reduce costs.

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading the overall maintenance strategy and operations within the automotive manufacturing facility to ensure optimal equipment performance, minimal downtime, and safe working conditions. This role oversees preventive and corrective maintenance programs, manages maintenance personnel, and collaborates with engineering and production teams to support continuous improvement and long-term asset reliability. The Maintenance Manager plays a key role in aligning maintenance activities with business objectives, budget targets, and regulatory compliance.
