Dana Canada Corp. in Mexico is seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead to drive preventive, predictive, and corrective programs, ensuring equipment reliability and production efficiency.

You will oversee maintenance staff, allocate resources, and collaborate with engineering, production, and safety teams to optimize asset performance while upholding OSHA standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of applicable experience.
• 10+ years of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Create and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and support production efficiency.
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance management of maintenance staff.
• Allocate labor and resources effectively across shifts and departments.
• Maintain adherence to OSHA, environmental regulations, and internal safety policies.
• Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to support equipment upgrades, process improvements, and root cause analysis of recurring issues.
• Track maintenance metrics such as downtime, response time, and cost efficiency.
• Use data to identify trends and implement initiatives that improve asset performance and reduce costs.
