Dematic in Mexico seeks a Maintenance Leader to direct all maintenance activities for manufacturing equipment and facilities. This role emphasizes hands-on PLC, hydraulic, and tube cutting expertise, plus a coaching leadership style to drive safety, reliability, and uptime in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead PM and corrective maintenance, manage spares, and collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Safety to improve OEE and reduce downtime.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial or related).
• 5+ years in maintenance leadership within manufacturing.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Lead PM and corrective maintenance programs to maximize uptime.
• Diagnose and resolve PLC, hydraulic, and mechanical issues.
• Oversee tube cutting equipment, CNC machinery, and automated systems.
• Develop and improve maintenance standards and work instructions.
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budget.
